PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the tensile rigidity of a metallic panel and panel strength without increasing stages when forming the metallic panel and without generating wrinkles on the metallic panel when forming the metallic panel. SOLUTION: When press-forming a door outer panel 10, first, tension and strain are imparted to a reinforcing part 10A by forming intermediate formed parts 13 by drawing only the reinforcing part 10A where is a portion wanted to raise the tensile rigidity and panel strength finally in a drawing stage. At that time, the drawn part 13A of the intermediate formed parts 13 are made so that the drawn part is not projected in the pressing direction A over the final shape.
