PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method to optimize the binding conditions of a complex antigen and an anti-TNT monoclonal antibody for measuring explosive components, such as TNT using the substitution technique with high sensitivity and high accuracy, and also to provide a measuring device using the method. SOLUTION: In the TNT measuring method and measuring device, a pair of the complex antigen and the anti-TNT monoclonal antibody is used so that the saturation dissociation rate by natural dissociation of the binding of the complex antigen and the anti-TNT monoclonal antibody due to an antigen-antibody reaction, should be 8-12%.
