TRAY TRANSFER APPARATUS FOR HANDLER

A tray transferring apparatus for a handler is provided to accurately transmit power to move a transferring pin to a second shaft by inserting the transferring pin in a fixing hole of a test tray. A tray transferring apparatus for a handler includes a frame, a first moving member(120), a second moving member(130), and a driving module. The frame has a power transmitting shaft extended to a first shaft direction. The first moving member is coupled with the power transmitting shaft and reciprocates along the power transmitting shaft. The second moving member is coupled with the first moving member and reciprocates in a second shaft direction crossing the first shaft direction. The second moving member has a transferring pin(131) inserted in a fixing hole of a test tray and a driven connecting unit. The driving module drives the second moving member in the second shaft direction. The driving module has a rotating member(141) with a drive connecting unit(142) to reciprocate the driven connecting unit in the second shaft direction and a driving unit to rotate the rotating member.
