PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyeglass-based display device capable of observing an object to be observed and a display image without a sense of incompatibility at the same time. SOLUTION: A photometric part 49 for measuring an ambient illuminance is arranged near a lens 20a into which a combiner optical system 30 is incorporated and adjusts a distance of presentation from an observer to a virtual image of a display image based on the illuminance measured by the photometric part 49.
