<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information security management system capable of executing a business process as to security over a long period without omission, and having enhanced usability. <P>SOLUTION: A workflow control function stimulates a person in charge CCC for start of the use phase of an item in a life-cycle definition 210c, to start the business process of a use phase by a method such as a notification of a schedule or a mail, when detecting coming of start timing yymmdd of the use phase of the item in the life-cycle definition 210c, based on a template of business phase transition defined in the life-cycle definition 210c.
