<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar-battery module capable of maintaining stably high generating capacity even in the case in which moisture permeates. <P>SOLUTION: A photovoltaic layer in a thin film solar-battery module is constituted by serially connecting a plurality of photovolatic elements constituted by sequentially laminating a transparent conductive film 12, a photoelectric conversion layer, and a rear surface electrode 15; and an adhesion layer 16 are sequentially arranged on a transparent substrate 11. A metal film 18 is arranged on the front surface of the adhesion layer 16 side of the transparent conductive film 12, in a region for electrically isolating the rear surface electrode 15 of the adjacent photovolatic element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
