PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and quickly perform control for maintaining an internal temperature to a set temperature. SOLUTION: A refrigerating device 23 is controlled and operated so that a duct temperature T0 is a temperature obtained by deducting a bias value B from a set internal temperature T1x. As the bias value B, an appropriate value is computed beforehand based on the internal temperature T1 and an ambient temperature T2 which are factors that influence setting of the bias value B, and a current carrying rate of an antisweating heater 35 disposed at a front frame 17A, and the computed value is applied to the bias value B during control operation. Control for maintaining the internal temperature T1 accurately to the set temperature T1x can thereby be quickly and accurately performed without a time lag. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
