PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a refrigerating device comprising a variable-speed compressor and a constant-speed compressor, and inhibiting the start and stop of the constant-speed compressor to prevent wastage of the constant-speed compressor caused by repeating of its start and stop, that excess and deficiency in output is found when the stop and start of the constant-speed compressor is excessively inhibited. SOLUTION: An inhibition signal from a start/stop inhibition device is canceled out when a predicted value of low pressure of the refrigerating device is over an upper limit value of a prescribed range, and the signal for inhibiting the start/stop of the constant-speed compressor is output from the start/stop inhibition device, thus the low pressure can be controlled within the prescribed range even when the start/stop inhibition signal is output.
