PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box with a high commercial value which can be assembled by a one-touch operation when in use, enables its lid to be opened/closed also by a one-touch operation when assembled, is excellent in workability in packaging an article, and has its lid opened/closed by a unique operation. SOLUTION: The packaging box has a plurality of neck pieces 4 and 4 extending from an upper rim of an opening of a body 3, and frame pieces 5 respectively connecting with the neck pieces and folded down outwardly from the neck pieces wherein the adjacent frame pieces are connected. When the frame pieces are raised upward, the neck parts stand to have the inside of the frame pieces opened to cause the lid to open. When the frame pieces are pushed down, the respective neck parts are folded via a laterally extending valley-folding crease 4a approximately at the vertical center toward the center of the frame piece and also close the inside of the frame to structure a top plate, causing the lid to be closed.
