<p>Disclosed is a pneumatic tire wherein a protection film composed of a rubber composition containing an ethylene propylene rubber (EPM) or an ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) is contained in at least one layer which is adjacent, directly or through an adhesive, to an air permeation prevention layer which contains a film of a thermoplastic resin composition containing a polyvinyl alcohol or ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer. This pneumatic tire is further reduced in weight, while having good durability and further reduced air leakage.</p> |
