PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein power loss may become large depending on plasma televisions since the inductance value of a coil used for a power supply unit, such as a PDP (plasma television panel) varies by a maximum of±20% conventionally. SOLUTION: A lead frame 12 is embedded to a sheet-like heat transfer resin section fixed on a metal plate 11, one portion of the lead frame 12 is exposed from the heat transfer resin section 10 as a deformable coil pattern, and at least one portion of a coil 16 made of the coil pattern is bent or a pitch is changed, thus adjusting the inductance value and restraining power loss.
