摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control device, a battery control method, a power source control device, and an electronic apparatus, which readily measure the state of a battery. SOLUTION: The battery control device 1 has: a power path control means 6 for controlling power supply to a load 3 from a battery 4; a voltage measuring means 7 for measuring the voltage of the battery 4; a current measuring means 8 for measuring the electric current of the battery 4; and a power source control means 9 which outputs a control signal to the control means 6 and inputs measurement signals from the voltage means 7 and the current means 8. The control means 9 measures a first voltage that is the voltage of the battery 4, and a first current that is the current of the battery 4, in the state where the battery 4 supplies electric power to the load 3, also measures a second voltage that is the voltage of the battery 4, in the state where the supply of the electric power to the load 3 from the battery 4 is cut off, and calculates the internal impedance of the battery 4, by dividing a value obtained in such a way that subtracts the first voltage from the second voltage, by the first current.
