PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance effects of promotion of health, relief for fatigue, or the like by giving massaging effects to stimulate meridians simultaneously in addition to the original effects of heat and humidity. SOLUTION: A vaporization chamber 30 equipped with a steam generating device 4 under a seat 3 provided in a sauna chamber 10 is provided. Heated steam generated by the steam generating device 4 is blown to calves of a bathing person, right and left side surface parts of his/her lumbar part, and his/her back part from a front steam outlet 6 formed in the upper part of the front board of the seat 3 and side steam outlets 7, 7 and a back steam outlet 8 provided in both side edge parts and a back end part of an upper seat board 31.
