PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glasses-type display apparatus to adjust an eye point position in a simple structure. SOLUTION: An eye point EP is coincided with a human pupil by relatively moving a position of the eye point EP of a combiner optical system 30 to display an exterior luminous flux and an image luminous flux to be projected from an image photographing apparatus one upon another in a virtual plane to cross observer's eyes.
