PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a process of producing a layer containing a color correction dye (a color correction layer), whereby even in the case of many kinds of displays and a small amount of production of filters for each kind, it is only necessary to carry stocks according to need, and to provide an optical filter for a display panel with few hue spots. SOLUTION: The optical filter comprises a plurality of functional layers 1, 2, 4, 45, 5. In the optical filter joined to a display panel, at least one of the plurality of functional layers is a color correction layer 45 colored by sublimation transfer of a sublimation dye.
