PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus for a microscope, which is capable of accurately obtaining the time change of a phenomenon occurring in a biological sample by measuring a time from the input of a trigger signal to the start of exposure, and to provide an imaging program for the microscope and an imaging method for the microscope. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus for the microscope is equipped with: a trigger signal detecting means which detects the trigger signal as the trigger of imaging; an imaging means which starts the exposure for the imaging, and executes the imaging, when the trigger signal is detected by the trigger signal detecting means; a timer means which measures the time from when the trigger signal detecting means detects the trigger signal till when the imaging means starts the exposure; and an output means which outputs the time measured by the timer means.
