PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition for forming a hard coat layer having antistatic property and surface peelability. SOLUTION: The resin composition for hard coat layer formation comprises (A) a (meth)acrylic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a vinyl group-containing monomer containing a quaternary ammonium group with a (meth)acrylic monomer copolymerizable with the monomer, (B) a polyurethane oligomer containing a trifunctional or polyfunctional vinyl group and (C) an acrylic monomer containing a bifunctional-hexafunctional vinyl group.
