PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device for a vehicle without giving displeasure to a user who fails to hear warning information or feels that warning information is harsh by issuing an optimal warning using an auditory information providing means to increase mounting ratio. SOLUTION: The information providing device for the vehicle to which the vehicle information is inputted via at least one of a vehicle information terminal 212 or a multiplex communication input and output means 213 comprises a control means 202 which generates a warning content out of the information as warning auditory information combined with at least a sound effect and a voice, operates the auditory information providing means 240 based on the warning auditory information, and operates the auditory information providing means 240 in order to alter the warning auditory information for each scene where the user of the vehicle is put.
