摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of accurately calculating the cell positional information at the end face of a honeycomb structure. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, the end face 861 of the honeycomb structure is imaged by a camera part, and the positional information of the cell 88 is calculated by the imaged image data. In the imaging process, multiple regions S1-S9 divided to overlap each other at boundary parts of adjacent regions with each other at the end face 861 are imaged by the camera part for each region.
