<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a reliable radio tag label with a radio tag circuit element attached in a stable state. <P>SOLUTION: This printed label T is generated by sticking a cover film 103 to a base material tape 101 after printing predetermined label print characters R and a first identifier Q representing a position for arranging an antenna base material, and cutting the cover film in predetermined length. Then, the radio tag label is generated by attaching the radio tag circuit element to the printed label T.
