PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously form necked parts having a desired shape on a pipe material by drawing work. SOLUTION: After positioning a pipe material P attached to the spindle 12 of a drawing apparatus in the axial direction of the pipe, both sides of the working point of the pipe material P are clamped by using a pair of collet chucks 36, 39 and the pipe material P is rotated by the rotational force of the spindle 12 including the collet chucks 36, 39. Meanwhile, gears 38, 41 on the side of rotary driving shaft fixed to the rotary driving shaft 13 which is rotated in synchronism with the spindle 12 are engaged with gears 37, 40 on the side of the collet chucks and the collet chucks 36, 39 and the pipe material P are made so as to also receive the rotational force from the rotary driving shaft 13. Further, a pair of generating rollers 71, 72 which are arranged oppositely on both sides of the pipe material P in the radial direction are pressed against the pipe material P from the radial direction and the axial direction of the pipe.
