PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize restrictions on voltage rise and voltage fall of outputs using the same dummy resistance in a switching power supply apparatus having a plurality of outputs. SOLUTION: The switching power supply apparatus supplies at least a first output and a second output from a secondary side of a signal transformer, and performs feedback control from the first output to a primary side to control an output voltage. The apparatus is provided with a voltage rise restricting means for preventing voltage rise of the second output by applying a current from the second output to the dummy resistance 217 when a voltage value of the second output exceeds a first predetermined value; and a voltage fall restricting means for applying a current to the dummy resistance 217 from the first output when the voltage value of the second output becomes not more than a second predetermined value lower than the first predetermined value, thereby preventing a decrease in the second output voltage by cross regulation characteristics.
