PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat chemical applicator which can apply a chemical to seedling mats on a seedling tray and can simultaneously apply an insecticide-fungicide combination or a herbicide, namely can plant seedlings and can simultaneously apply a fertilizer or the like, and a herbicide or the like. SOLUTION: This mat chemical applicator 10 comprising a chemical hopper 41 for storing a chemical and an application portion 43 for applying the chemical of the chemical hopper 41 to seedling mats on a seedling tray 16 is characterized by having a herbicide applicator 90 for storing and applying a herbicide or the like.
