The invention is directed to aqueous compositions of sagging control agen ts comprising at least one urea groups containing sagging control agent and water, wherein the sagging control agents are obtained by reacting in an aqu eous phase A) at least one hydrophilic polyisocyanate with B) at least one a mino-functional compound selected from a group consisting of an amine with a t least one primary amino group and at least one hydroxyl group, having the at least one primary amino group on a primary carbon atom, an amino ether wi th at least one primary amino group, having the at least one primary amino g roup on a primary carbon atom and mixtures thereof. The invention is also di rected to coating compositions containing the aqueous compositions of saggin g control agents.
