PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly improve the heat characteristics of a rotary electric machine, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A stator has a laminated magnetic circuit 1, this magnetic circuit has a plurality of tooth-mark elements, the tooth-mark elements specify the vertical direction slot for accommodating an conducive wire 2, and the stator has a winding head 3 at its both ends. The stator has an outside sheath 4 constituting a part of a final motor. The stator includes a composition 6 for impregnating winding heads containing filler of a large particle size, and a slot-impregnating composition 8 containing a filler of particle size that is smaller than that of the filler contained in the composition 6.
