<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air treatment apparatus capable of efficiently collecting polluted air, reducing lowering of performance by aging, and elongating an interval between maintenances. <P>SOLUTION: This air treatment apparatus is provided with a suction port sucking polluted air generated at cooking by an electric heating apparatus 4; an air fan 11 set within a cabinet 1 communicated with the suction port and taking in the polluted air from the suction port; a suction port filter 5 disposed at the suction port; a prefilter 7 disposed in the cabinet; a dust collecting means 9 composed of an ionization part charging soot/steam by generating corona discharge between a discharge electrode and a counter electrode and a collector part collecting soot/steam charged in the ionization part; and a deodorization means. The polluted air is passed through first and second soot/steam removing means, the dust collection means and deodorization means in this order and discharged from a blow-out port to the outside of the cabinet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
