PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finely foamed sheet for reflector having excellent reflectance and diffuse reflectance, excellent also in lightness in weight and rigidity, and also having such durability that it is less liable to embrittle or crack even after long-term use. SOLUTION: The finely foamed sheet for reflector is formed from a resin composition containing 50-100 wt.% of a thermoplastic polyester, and satisfies the following (A)-(D); (A) the thermoplastic polyester has a number average degree of polymerization (Pn) of 70-300, (B) the thermoplastic polyester has a carboxyl end group concentration of 0-50 eq/ton, (C) the sheet has an apparent density of 0.05-1.25 g/cm<SP>3</SP>and (D) the sheet has an average cell size of 0.01-100μm.
