PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a technology of conventional equipment authentication that even if a user of equipment tries to receive service by equipment of another person such as an acquaintance or a friend, the user cannot receive, by the equipment of the other person, the service capable of being received by one's own equipment. SOLUTION: In this system comprising the electronic equipment and a server device, the electronic equipment transmits requirement for a start of processing for moving authority for receiving the service from the server device to the other electronic equipment, and transmits a public ID of the other electronic equipment input onto a work screen to the requirement. The server device associates and holds the public ID and an equipment ID for identifying the same electronic equipment, transmits the work screen according to reception of the requirement, takes out the equipment ID of the electronic equipment that is a movement destination of the authority associated to the public ID received through the transmitted work screen, and associates and holds the equipment ID and the equipment ID of the electronic equipment whose public ID is transmitted through the work screen.
