PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition that has glare-proof property, hard coat property, adhesiveness, particularly has excellent adhesiveness with substrate and antifouling property after the radiation-proofing test, and to provide laminate using the same. SOLUTION: The ionizing radiation-curable resin composition is for coating a triacetyl cellulose transparent substrate and comprises 0.1 to 10 wt.% of a vinyl copolymer of a number-average molecular weight of 5,000 to 100,000 bearing one or more polyorganosiloxane chain and three or more of radically polymerizable double bonds, 9.8 to 79.9 wt.% of a multi-functional (meth)acrylate, 0.1 to 40 wt.% of transmitting fine particles and 19.9 to 90 wt.% of an organic solvent.
