PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To train the fingers not trained in a usual training or daily life, or develop the muscle around or at the base of the fingers to strengthen a joint, tendon, or ligament of the fingers or around the fingers for preventing sprained thumb in sports, external injury, trouble, or the like, such as broken bone, which is suddenly caused by sports. SOLUTION: A grip 1 is penetratingly formed with finger insertion holes 2-2', 3-3', 4-4', and 5-5' at an angle at which the palm is maximally opened, and both ends of the grip are fixed with weights 6 and 7.
