PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapy belt easy in attaching and adjusting the temperature, and highly efficiently preventing the movement in use. SOLUTION: This therapy belt consists of a storage case 8 capable of detachably storing a cold-retaining agent 11 or a heat-retaining agent in its inside and formed with a heat-transmissible back face, and belts 5 attached to the both ends of the storage case and attachable around the hand or foot.
