发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF CONDUCTIVE ORGANIC COLORING THIN FILM
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily manufacture the organic functional element for a solar battery and the like by a method wherein an insulating organic coloring matter is evaporated on a substrate together with an electron receptive material or a material which will be made to an electron donor material, and a doped conductive and thin-film type complex material is formed. CONSTITUTION:As an acceptor, Lewis acid (for example, AsF5, I2, Br2, BF3, SbS5 and PF5), or Bronsted acid (for example, HBr or ClSO3H) is used, and as a donor, an alkaline metal such as Na, K and the like are used. For example, phthalocyanine is placed in a heating boat of a vacuum evaporating device, heated at the temperature range of 300-400 deg.C, iodine is put in the boat 3, and a reactive evaporation is performed at 10<-1>mmHg while the substrate is being heated at 200-250 deg.C. The color tone and conductivity (10<-2>-10<-9>OMEGA<-1>cm<1>) of the grown thin film phthalocyanine iodine complex material differs according to the doped quantity of the iodine, but the optical and electrical characteristics are stabilized. Using the complex material formed as above, a functional element having a large area, to be used for a solar battery and the like, can be manufactured easily.
