<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit a snubber circuit by allowing a conductor which connects an electrolytic capacitor to switching elements to be of lower inductance for suppressing a surge voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A P-polarity conductor 20 and an N-polarity conductor 21 that connect an electrolytic capacitor 3 to switching elements 4-9 have a thin and wide form.
