PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device for a portable card processing terminal machine that is improved in workability when charging the portable card processing terminal machine, and also improved in operability when inserting a card into the portable card processing terminal machine when charged. SOLUTION: The charging device 101 for the portable card processing terminal machine includes: a device body 102 having a charging terminal 109 for charging the portable card processing terminal machine 100, an attachment 108 to which the portable card processing terminal machine 100 is attached, holding walls 110, 111 which hold the portable card processing terminal machine 100, and a guide face 112 formed at a position corresponding to a card slot 106 of the portable card processing terminal machine 100. The guide face 112 is extended along a direction in which the card 105 is inserted into the card slot 106.
