PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transfers with a transfer network by reducing the data amounts of a wireless reception signal and a wireless transmission signal. SOLUTION: In a transfer transmission apparatus 110, a wireless reception signal output from an A/D conversion circuit 3 is framed, and a Fourier transform of the framed signal is performed by an FFT circuit 5, to generate a signal of each frequency component. A quantization circuit 6 quantizes each frequency component signal adjusting the number of quantization bits, and transmits these quantized data and quantization information including information on the number of quantization bits for each frequency component, to a wired transfer line 9. Moreover, the inverse quantization circuit 12 of a transfer receiving apparatus 210 receives the quantized data and the quantization information sent from the transmission apparatus 110, and dequantizes the quantized data. An inverse Fourier transform of the dequantized signal is performed by an inverse Fourier transform circuit 13.
