PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which can efficiently organize and classify images, and to provide its program. SOLUTION: When the imaging device is set to an image organization mode, photographed image data contained in photographed image files which have not been organized out of those recorded in a flash memory 14 are sequentially displayed as images to be organized. Then, the user chooses whether or not to execute organization of those image data, and organization of these images is executed according to the user's selection. As for the criteria for determining whether the image data are already organized or not, it is judged by whether the photographed image data have already been displayed as images to be organized, whether the image size of the photographed image data is a standard size or above, or whether the zoom factor of the photographed image data is a standard value or below.
