PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tabular form file preparation system capable of converting easily a database of tree structure into a tabular form file, using a mapping definition. SOLUTION: This tabular form file preparation system 1 capable of converting a data 14 of the database 11 into the tabular form file 30 is provided with a tabular form file automatic preparation part 20 for outputting the data to prepare the tabular form file 30 for preparing a graph and a business form, based on information from a business application 10 supplied with the data 14 of the database 11. The data is converted into the tabular form file, using the data of tree structure. The system 1 uses the mapping definition for changing the data of tree structure into the tabular form file, and an external parameter as the information from the business application, when converting the data of the database 11 into the tabular form file.
