<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restaurant service system capable of preventing the service error of a waiter or waitress by simultaneously displaying the names of dishes for the same table on a kitchen display. <P>SOLUTION: This restaurant service system is provided with a service controller (b) having a means for making a display for a kitchen display the order pattern of a customer, and a means for reading the order pattern from a storage card carried by the customer to a table, a display for a waiter or waitress for displaying the order pattern and an instructing means for inputting the table number, and for transmitting it to the display for the kitchen, and for applying the table number to the name of a dish to be transmitted from a dish ordering POS terminal (a) for a register, and to be displayed at the display for the kitchen, the display for a kitchen for displaying the transmitted names of dishes for each table and a controller (c) for a kitchen having a means for printing a service slip where the names of dishes and the table number are entered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
