A voice notification service system of a portable terminal and a service supply method are provided to transceive information formed with a desired voice for a receiver or a sender at desired time, thus a user can obtain information through a set voice at designated time. A voice information DB(212) registers and stores at least one piece of voice information transmitted from a portable terminal. A time information DB(214) stores time information. A telephone number DB(216) stores a telephone number of the portable terminal. A server controller(218) individually manages the respective DBs(212,214,216), and controls the voice information to be transmitted to the portable terminal having the telephone number at a time designated by the time information.
