An apparatus for locking a door of a vehicle is provided to facilitate the use thereof by locking or unlocking a door at an interior of the vehicle using a rotation force of a motor driven by external signals. An apparatus for locking a door of a vehicle comprises a gear(10) having a receiving groove(12), a power transmission member(20), which is disposed in the receiving groove and has one end connected to the gear through a first elastic member(22), an operation lever(30), which is disposed at one side of the gear and has one end connected to a door through a first hinge(32), a stopper(40), which is disposed between the operation lever and the gear and is coupled to the first hinge, a gear stopping member(50), which includes a lower end coupled to the door through a second hinge(52) and an upper end fixed between the operation lever and the stopper, and a ratchet lever(60), which is disposed at one side of the gear stopping member and is connected to a second elastic member(62).
