A sprinkler system for removing fugitive dust for tunnel blasting work is provided to remove fugitive dust by spraying water simultaneously with blasting work. A sprinkler system for removing fugitive dust for tunnel blasting work comprises a frame(100) equipped with a spray pump(120) operated by a motor(110) to spray water through a nozzle pipe and wheels moving along the ground or rails installed on the ground, a nozzle pipe(200) provided to the frame and connected with a water supply unit(122) of the spray pump by a hose(130) to spray water with pumping movements, and a nozzle movement unit(300) provided to the frame to move the nozzle pipe to spray water evenly to the inside of a tunnel and to drop fugitive dust.
