FLOOR MATERIALS USING SOUND-PROOF AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD

A construction method of a floor structure having sound insulating and vibration-deadening functions is provided to meet noise control requirements using floor noise reduction materials without increasing the thickness of a slab layer of a building. A construction method of a floor structure having sound insulating and vibration-deadening functions using floor noise reduction materials of a building comprises the steps of: forming V-shaped bottom grooves(101) to a depth of 2~6mm on the surface of a concrete slab(100) and V-shaped bottom grooves(102) to a depth of 2~6mm on the bottom of a wall slab for reducing impact sound transferred vertically and horizontally; forming a primer layer(110) by applying primer to the surface of the slab and the V-shaped grooves for cutting off poisonous gas emitting from concrete and giving adhesive force between a slab surface and an adhesive vibration-proof layer; forming an adhesive vibration-deadening layer(120) on the primer layer for absorbing impact wave transferred from the outside and reducing noise; forming a sound insulating layer(130) on the adhesive vibration-deadening layer and finishing with an adhesive tape(131), and forming a soundproofing layer(140) and finishing with an adhesive layer(141) on the adhesive vibration-deadening layer for fulfilling thermal insulating, soundproofing and reinforcing effects; forming a foamed concrete layer(150) on the soundproofing layer; and arranging heating pipelines, and forming a finishing mortar layer(170) on the heating pipelines.
