Coal ash is added to the biomass. A mixture of biomass and coal ash is claimed. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Pellets comprising this mixture; (2) Method for producing these pellets by mixing a biomass with coal ash; (3) Method for burning this mixture; and (4) Use of coal ash as an additive for burning biomass.
