<p>A centrifugal clutch is arranged as drive and driven half-clutches connected to each other by friction elements, linkage centrifugal mechanism of adjustment elements. The drive half-clutch is arranged as drive shaft with slots at outer diameter at left end of which cylindrical stepped flywheel is rigidly fixed, at right end with larger diameter of that one rigidly in vertical position friction disc is fixed, and the driven half-clutch is made of two parts–left and right ones, those are connected to each other with formation of inner recess where stepped flywheel of the drive half-clutch is installed with possibility of axial and circular rotation. To the right part of the driven half-clutch a friction disc is rigidly attached, this is concentric with respect to the friction disc of flywheel, and to the right end with smaller diameter of cylindrical stepped flywheel a cylindrical left holder is rigidly fixed, there uniformly in circle are rigidly installed for instance four left levers that by other ends are rigidly connected to centrifugal loads with possibility of swinging motion, at the other side lever centrifugal loads are connected to right levers that in design are similar to left ones, and with the other ends those are rigidly connected to the right cylindrical holder that is rigidly installed on the drive shaft with possibility of axial displacement and at the right side right holder is tightened by nut with check nut, besides that between the left and the right holders spacer spring is installed.</p> |
