A kimchi container and a kimchi storage containing the kimchi container are provided to quickly transfer cold air to the kimchi container by contacting the outer bottom of the kimchi container and the inner bottom of a storage room. A kimchi container comprises: a body(110) which is made of metal and has a space part receiving an ingredient to be stored and an opening; and a heat-insulating member(130) which is set to surround the exterior surface of the body and reduces the heat transfer between the space part and the outside of the body, wherein the height of the heat-insulating member is higher than that of the body. The heat-insulating member is made of plastic, and the exterior surface of the body is coated with the heat-insulating member. A kimchi storage having the kimchi container comprises: (i) a main body case; (ii) an inner case(230) which is installed inside the main body case and has a storage room(210) with the kimchi container; and (iii) a heat-resisting material(250) which is placed between the main body case and the inner case and blocks the heat transfer between the space part and the outside of the main body case. The inner case is fitted into a groove part(170) of the kimchi container and has a projecting part(231) at the inner bottom.
