An airbag for an assistant driver for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase uniformity of a material boundary line by joining a material of a crash pad with a material of an airbag door in a melting condition. An airbag for an assistant driver for a vehicle comprises an airbag door(100), a chute part(140), and a crash pad(200). The airbag door is rotated outward by an airbag for protecting passengers on the assistant driver seat. The airbag door also consists of an incision groove(110) split by deploying pressure of an air bag on a lower surface, an inclined part(120) where two ends of the airbag door are inclined outward, and a variable part(130) whose the thickness is changed toward the width direction around the lower center of the airbag door. The chute has a mounting hole to be connected with an airbag housing, and integrated backward at the lower part of the airbag door. The crash pad, which is integrated with the airbag door, includes an insertion part for supporting when the airbag door is rotated outward to be contacted with the inclined part of the airbag door. |
