A window regulator handle device for a vehicle is provided to couple a sliding plate having a protrusion supporting a clip, so that the handle is easily mounted or separated, thereby reducing the number of parts of a door. A regulator shaft(400) protruding through a door trim is spline-coupled to a boss(310) of a handle(300), so that the resultant structure is fixed by using a clip(200). An escutcheon is installed between the handle and the door trim. A sliding plate(120) is coupled to the escutcheon, so that the fixed clip is easily separated through a sliding operation of the sliding plate. The sliding plate has a protrusion supporting the clip. The handle is coupled to the regulator shaft while interposing between the handle and the regulator shaft.
