A production method of a Gobchang product containing ginseng and garlic, and the product are provided to allow a healthful Gobchang product to be distributed. A Gobchang product containing ginseng and garlic is produced by the steps of: (i) washing the small intestines of cattle and extracting the fat remaining in them; (ii) filling the washed small intestines with a cattle mixture comprising the extracted fat, and binding both ends of each small intestine; and (iii) firstly roasting the bound small intestines, and then cold-aging them. The cattle mixture comprises 20~40wt% of ginseng, 10~20wt% of garlic, 10~20wt% of sweet potato, 5~15wt% of chestnut, 1~10wt% of jujube, 1~10wt% of pumpkin, 1~10wt% of black bean, and 10~20wt% of the extracted fat. |
