THE DIELECTRIC NANO-POWDER WITH LOW PB AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A method for manufacturing a dielectric nanopowder having a low lead content is provided to produce the dielectric nanopowder having a spherical shape and a uniform particle size distribution of 500 nm or less. A method for manufacturing a dielectric nanopowder having a low lead content includes the steps of: mixing powders containing fluorescent elements; melting and quenching the mixture; after the quenching step, mechanically grinding the resultant to obtain a micron-size precursor; injecting the precursor into an RF plasma torch through a powder inlet together with powder feeding gas; supplying central gas and sheath gas to the RF plasma torch; and supplying quenching gas to the lower end of the RF plasma torch. Further, the powder feeding gas and the central gas are non-activated gas, and the sheath gas and the quenching gas is RF plasma.
