A developer return apparatus and an image forming apparatus having the same are provided to return stayed developer by using a second developer return member, thereby stabilizing the amount of the developer discharged from a discharge unit for discharging the returned developer. A first developer receiving unit receives a developer. A first developer return member(43) is disposed in the first developer receiving unit, and returns the developer in a first direction. A second developer return member(57) is disposed in a first direction downstream with respect to the first developer return member and returns the developer, received in the first developer receiving unit, in a first direction. The second developer return member has lower capability of returning the developer, received in the first developer receiving unit, in comparison to the first developer return member. A developer discharge unit is installed in the first developer receiving unit and discharges the developer, returned by the second developer return member, from the first developer receiving unit. A second developer receiving unit receives the developer discharged from the developer discharge unit. |
